Cappuccino Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
- 500 ml whipped cream
- 125 ml vanilla custard
- 1 stick of espresso-soluble coffee
- 1 tsp. Cocoa powder
- Fold the whipped cream lightly through the vanilla custard into an even mousse and spread over the glasses or cups.
- Sprinkle the mousse with the instant coffee. Use a skewer to curl through the mousse to create a marble effect. Spread the rest of the cream over it and sprinkle with the cocoa powder.
Note :
You can prepare the mousse 4 hours in advance. Keep covered in the refrigerator and sprinkle just before serving with cocoa powder.
